Bill remains the Managing Director of the firm and specialises in Commercial and Property Law.

Fellow Director, Digby Dunn, specialises in Local Government, Environmental and Planning Law and holds a Masters Degree in Environmental and Local Government Law. He also specialises in compensation cases, including compulsory acquisition.

Stacks Law Firm Forster has grown to be the largest legal firm in Forster-Tuncurry, providing a highly specialised team of solicitors. We pride ourselves on being a team of specialist solicitors who are able to provide a broad range of legal services to an expanding and diversifying coastal community.
