Vincenza – who also goes by Enza – is the Practice Manager in the Parramatta office. She has been with Stacks since July 2012.
Her job involves all aspects of managing a busy law practice, including looking after the HR function and organising events. She also looks after the accounting function, such as invoicing, data entry, debt collection, accounts receivable and payable, payroll and many more.
Vincenza enjoys dealing with the firm’s clients on financial matters. Her interactions normally involve emailing and contacting clients.
Vincenza enjoys the client interaction of her role and gains satisfaction from achieving a good result for her clients and the firm. She likes keeping clients happy and ensuring that they have a positive experience.
Outside of work, Vincenza is happily married and a mother of two young boys, who keep her busy with weekend sport, soccer and swimming. She enjoys the outdoors and travelling, although she has not been able to travel as much since becoming a mum.
Vincenza loves animals and cooking. She enjoys socialising with family and friends and watching movies. Before having children, Vincenza was an active gym member and is looking forward to resuming that activity once her children are older.
Vincenza has previously supported charities through volunteering, including being involved in the Red Cross door knock appeals and RSPCA fundraising initiatives.
