Meena Nawabi is a lawyer in the Parramatta office of the Stacks network, specialising in estate planning and litigation. She has qualifications in business and commerce, as well as law, and was admitted as a solicitor in March 2022. Meena speaks Dari.
Although only recently admitted as a solicitor, Meena acquired experience in law by volunteering at Toongabbie Legal Centre, where she worked on family law, criminal law and traffic matters. Prior to her admission she also worked at Stacks as a paralegal in debt recovery and commercial litigation.
Meena recently assumed a lead role in the estate planning department of the firm and has achieved successful results for all of her clients. Her current work encompasses probate dispute litigation as well as commercial litigation.
Meena is a critical thinker and a problem solver. She is very organized and has excellent communication skills. She enjoys critically analysing the different circumstances of each matter and formulating legal solutions to assist clients in achieving the best possible outcome.
A high achiever, Meena received numerous university awards during the course of her studies. She was published in 2020, in LexisNexis In-House Counsel, for her work Public Remedies and Enforcement Powers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Outside of work, Meena enjoys being a part of the Sydney Northwest Muslim Community and spending time with her family.
