Madeline is a law clerk and paralegal at Stacks Champion in Parramatta. She is completing her Bachelor of Laws at Western Sydney University.
Madeline is currently working in the civil litigation area, specifically in debt recovery. She enjoys civil litigation, as it brings together strategic thinking, practical problem solving, and a focus on achieving commercially sensible outcomes for clients.
Other areas of law that interest Madeline include intellectual property law, wills and probate and administrative law.
Madeline is highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong foundational legal skills, including legal research, analytical reasoning and effective problem solving.
Growing up in a family of lawyers, Madeline developed an early interest in the law. She particularly appreciates that being part of the profession allows her to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and cooking.
