Krystal is a Special Counsel in the Sydney office of Stacks Goudkamp. She has a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws and Specialist Accreditation in Personal Injury Law from the Law Society of New South Wales.
Krystal was admitted as a solicitor in 2013. Her legal experience is in personal injury law, predominantly workers compensation.
Krystal has worked in this area since beginning her law career in 2012 as a paralegal. She found it so rewarding to be helping people through the most difficult time of their lives that she decided to specialise in this area.
Krystal assists workers in accessing the compensation and support they need after suffering a workplace accident. She is committed to providing practical legal solutions and guiding her clients through the complex legal process of workers compensation. She is an advocate for injured workers, who often find themselves vulnerable in the complicated workers compensation scheme.
Krystal is a highly empathetic and compassionate person, which helps her build relationships and rapport with clients. Her strong interest in personal injury law means that she enjoys keeping up to date with case law.

A notable case she acted in was RSM Building Services Pty Ltd v Hochbaum [2019] NSWWCCPD 15, which concerned the construction of section 39 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987.
Krystal is heavily involved in various injured worker groups which campaign to change the law for injured workers in NSW. She has been active in protesting unfavourable changes to workers compensation through involvement in protests and meetings with iCare board members, unions and members of parliament who are interested in reforming the workers compensation scheme.
Outside of work, Krystal enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and attending rock and metal concerts.
