Daniel is a paralegal in the Tamworth office of Stacks. He has been with the firm since 2021 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at Charles Sturt University. He is a Justice of the Peace.
Daniel’s work encompasses family law, conveyancing and criminal law. He currently works with the conveyancing and commercial litigation teams, where he is constantly challenged by dealing with a wide array of legal matters.
In addition to these core areas, Daniel also works for the firm’s director Anneka Frayne in her family law matters, supporting her across her caseload and helping with case preparation, research and client communication. This aspect of his work has been invaluable in expanding his expertise and deepening his understanding of family law.
Daniel has excellent leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills developed during his time in retail management, prior to joining the legal industry. He strongly believes that good organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential for working in law.
In particular, Daniel’s organisational skills help him to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different areas of law. He enjoys solving problems, especially in complex legal cases, and using lateral thinking to find creative solutions.
Outside of work and study, Daniel spends most of his time with his fiancé, his dogs, snakes, and family. Although study takes up a lot of his time, Daniel’s family and pets bring joy and balance to his life.
