Daniel is the Practice Group Leader of the family law team at Stacks Tamworth. He brings a tenacious, client-focused approach to family law and is respected for his ability to navigate emotionally charged situations with empathy and precision.
Since joining the firm in 2021, Daniel has played a key role in the delivery of family law services across the region. He works closely with director Anneka Frayne on a wide range of matters, including parenting disputes, domestic and family violence cases, consent orders, complex separations and property settlements. Daniel approaches each matter with professionalism, strategic focus and a strong commitment to client care.
Daniel has used his skills to help a number of clients in parenting and family violence matters. He is empathetic and approachable, while advocating assertively for his clients and ensuring their voice is heard.
Currently completing his Bachelor of Laws at Charles Sturt University, Daniel blends legal knowledge with real-world experience and an instinctive understanding of people. His approach is practical, detail-oriented and grounded in a clear understanding of the emotional and legal complexities that family law clients face.
Whether assisting with negotiations or supporting litigation preparation, Daniel is deeply committed to achieving a just outcome, particularly where children’s safety, stability and long-term wellbeing are involved.
Outside of work and study, Daniel spends most of his time with his fiancé, his dogs, snakes and family. Although study takes up a lot of his time, Daniel’s family and pets bring joy and balance to his life.
