Disbursements are the expenses which are necessary to assemble all the material we need to prepare your claim, such as fees for searches, medical records, medical reports or any other reports which may be required, for example from an engineer.

Our “no win no fee” guarantee means that in the unlikely event that your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay us anything, including the cost of any disbursements that we pay on your behalf throughout the life of your claim.
