Justine has practised exclusively in commercial and insolvency litigation since her admission in 2011 and has extensive experience conducting claims in federal and state courts.
Justine brings a “no nonsense” approach to her matters. She provides clients with considered and candid advice, ensuring they fully understand the issues in their dispute and all options available to them to achieve quick and practical results.
Always maintaining a commercial focus, Justine realises early resolutions of claims maximise the funds available to the liquidation or bankrupt estate. However, if litigation is necessary, Justine’s focus and diligence ensures the case runs smoothly and cost-effectively.
Prior to joining the Stacks Davis team, Justine was a Senior Associate in the dispute resolution and insolvency team in the Canberra office of a top tier law firm. She has a solid understanding of company management, gained through experience as a director of various not-for-profit organisations, which assists her in identifying and assessing claims available to liquidator clients.
